One of those perfect rides

No ride yesterday, the car sat idle.

After a meeting at the office from 2-3, there was another meeting about 10 miles inland at 4pm with new potential client Joyce T.

Refueled the car for the first time and checked out the filler tube with NO gas cap, which, if I hadn't learned about it from BB I would have been totally freaked about it. Never heard of such a thing!

Top down on nice twisty roads, 70 degrees, sun at my back, and a perfect parking spot right in front of the restaurant. Left the car with the top down and felt completely safe about that because of the quality of the neighborhood.

Great meeting.

Back on the road at 6:15, just before sunset, great sky colors, open roads, high speeds.

I'm getting used to the car, feeling comfortable with it.
Except for the HOLD feature, and lack of automatic hold on hills. That's just wrong.

Did some reading in the operator's manual re: turn signal operation which seems counterintuitive in that you press the switch longer for the signal to stay on for shorter duration (lane change), and press quickly to keep the signal on longer (until steering resets it or reset by operator by pressing again).
